Healthy Summer Dish Contest

I am hosting a week long healthy dish contest and you are invited to participate! It’s very simple, all you need to do is follow my Instagram @ChefIrvine. To make your healthy summer dish you must use the three ingredients I chose; spinach, quinoa, and salmon along with some of your own ingredients to make it unique. Be sure to post your photo to Instagram along with the hashtag #TeamIrvine and tag @ChefIrvine to be selected for a chance to win prizes. I will choose my top three favorite dishes and the top three participants will win awesome merchandise. First place winners will receive a personalized an autographed chef’s coat, second place winners will receive a set of my knives and third place will win an autographed apron and my book. Each day there will be posts reminding you about the contest. This is a week long contest starting today until next Thursday the 17th, so start cooking and good luck!!
