Berry Orange Smoothie with Yogurt

YOU’LL NEED
1 cup plain non fat yogurt
1 banana
1/2 cup Orange juice
10 blue berries (fresh, frozen)
6 strawberries (fresh, frozen)

MAKE IT

Combine all ingredients in the blender, blend on high, until mixture is smooth. Add ice if desired.
