Creamy Polenta
Ingredients
2 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
2 CUPS MILK
1 CUP STONE GROUND POLENTA
1 TBSP BUTTER
2 TBSP CREAM CHEESE
SALT TO TASTE
Method
BRING CHICKEN BROTH, MILK AND BUTTER TO A SIMMER, PULL OFF HEAT AND QUICKLY WISK IN THE POLENTA
PUT BACK ON THE LOW HEAT AND STIR CONSTANTLY UNTIL COOKED AND SMOOTH.
SEASON TO TASTE AND WISK IN THE CREAM CHEESE.
HOLD WARM FOR SERVICE. ADD A LITTLE MORE CHICKEN STOCK IF NEEDED.
