Bourbon-spiked Hot Chocolate
SERVES 2
YOU’LL NEED
3 cups whole milk
3 cinnamon sticks
10 oz semi sweet chocolate finely chopped
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 pinch kosher salt
2 oz bourbon
Marshmallows
MAKE IT
1) In a small sauce pot, add milk, sugar, and cinnamon bring to a simmer.
2) Using a whisk add chocolate.
3) Strain, add 2 ounces bourbon, serve in mugs and top with marshmallows. Drizzle melted chocolate over top if desired.
