BBQ Dry Rub

Yeild: about 2 cups

Ingredients

2 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Ground Coriander
4 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Onion Powder
4 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
3 tbsp Black Pepper
3 tbsp Dry Crushed Oregano
1 tbsp Kosher Salt

Method

Mix all the ingredients together well.

For meatrub all over meat and let marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
For seafoodsprinkle onto seafood lightly and cook right away.
