BBQ Dry Rub
Time: 10 minutes
Yeild: about 2 cups
Ingredients
2 tbsp Paprika
4 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Ground Coriander
4 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Onion Powder
4 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
3 tbsp Black Pepper
3 tbsp Dry Crushed Oregano
1 tbsp Kosher Salt
Method
Mix all the ingredients together well.
For meat – rub all over meat and let marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
For seafood – sprinkle onto seafood lightly and cook right away.
