Chicken and Chorizo Tacos

Ground Chicken, 1 pound
Chorizo, 1 pound removed from casing
Small Flour Tortilla, 18 each
Avocado, 2 each
Green Onion, 2 each diced
Lime, 3 each
Black Beans, 1 can
Tomato, 1 each diced
Chipotle, 1 tablespoon sauce or chopped pepper with sauce
Sour Cream, 4 ounces
Cilatro, 1 bunch


In a skillet cook the chorizo and chicken until done. Warm the tortilla for 10 seconds and fill with chicken and chorizo mix. Garnish with diced tomatoes, avocado, green onion and black beans. Mix the chipotle with sour cream and garnish the tacos finish with cilantro leafs.
