We’ve tapped chef and cookbook author Robert Irvine, best known for his exuberant personality as one of the Food Network’s top chef personalities alongside Goya Executive Chef Fernando Desa, a man dedicated to preserving the flavors of Latin cuisine, to host this hyper-local affair. Together, Irvine and Desa will preside as an elite group of popular chefs dish out their tastiest creations representing flavors iconic to Latin culinary culture. Attendees will sip on wine and cocktails while noshing on samplings of crispy and succulent pork preparations to round out this early evening soirée.
