    Chef Irvine,
You are without a doubt my hero. After watching every episode of restaurant impossible and looking for re-runs of dinner impossible, there is no other person on this planet who I envy more. You are an amazing chef, are meticulous with details making sure everything is perfect, and care more about everyone around you then yourself. I hope you continue making shows for a long long time and best wishes to you and your new wife.

    Hi Chef Robert,
I love the way you react to people and show your love for people. I am a 64 year old guy really like the Food network. Your show is the greatest. Ido have one question for you. How in the devil do you clean stainless steel appliances??? Have a great life with your bride…

  3. Thaianne says:

I don’t normally watch a lot of the cooinkg shows. So to be honest, I didn’t know who Chef Irvine was until I came across Restaurant Impossible. I started to watch one episode and became hooked on the concept. Since then, I’ve gained an appreciation of his cooinkg skills and design concepts, as well as his compassion to clean up some horrible messes! I enjoy watching this show and will continue to do so, even the reruns. Continued success with all endeavors and perhaps, one day, I’ll be able to come to your restaurant! Thank you!.

I LOVE Restaurant Impossible! One of the things that I apaircepte about it is the fact that Chef Robert does not do a lot of cursing. He truly seems to care about the people he is helping and it shows. And I LOVED the blonde hair after he lost the bet with Chef Anne on Worst Cooks!! I also apaircepte the fact that I did not have to join any memberships in order to post a comment on your website! Thank you. Keep up the great work Chef!

    Chef Irving
I love your shows, and they have inspired me to TRY my hand at learning how to cook. I am thinking of attending the Le Cordon Bule school here in Dallas. For a 1 year course I would recieve a certificate. Would this be a good idea, or would you recommend a different school. Eventually I would like to become as knowledgeable as you and would like to be refered to as “Chef”, but I know this takes time and possibly a degree. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks much.

Chef Robert!! I want to thank you for your efforts in encouraging and enhancing the restaurant and food business and bringing it up another level. However, if you come to Branson, Missouri, you will find a WHOLE TOWN of mediocre establishments “claiming” to be restaurants! Branson is falling into the “has-been” criteria, since most of the town is built on the fame of entertainers who were most popular 30 years ago! Some of the Chain Restaurants aren’t really any better than the greasy-spoons run by the locals.
My PLEA is, if you get a letter from ANY restaurant in Branson, Please, please, please help them! BTW–we DO have a Tanger Mall…with an A&W in it!!! No other restaurants in the Mall. I believe that could be a big selling point for the outlet mall.
    But what do I know???
Best wishes for a beautiful Trip around the Sun!
    Always a FAN!!

  10. Tom Shepherd says:

    Robert,

“Restaurant Impossibe” is the greatest. Do you have a recipe book of ” A la minute ” recipes that you do on the “Restaurant Impossibe” program?

    • Admin says:

You can always find recipes from the show at The Restaurant: Impossible Food Network Page, or on the Recipes page on this site. We can’t guarantee their being “A la minute.” Unless you’re really fast!

I follow you on TV as well as facebook. the world is a better place with you in it. sincerly Debby

I love watching your shows. I believe everyone should be honored for your help and honesty! Critisism is a must nor to improve in a great buisness! I would welcome it just to know that I would acheive what I needed to have a great respected resturant person!
    Thank You…. Donna :)

  13. John Jerdon says:

I’m glad Chef Irvine is not the next Iron Chef. He has far more to offer to American Culture than that! His talents shown in the Restaurant Impossible episodes the past season involving the homeless shelter in Newark, New Jersey and the Culinary Arts program at a high school is the direction I’d like to see the show take. So many mismanaged restaurants looking for a free face lift have often reverted right back to their old habits. His time and resources are needed for far more deserving ventures. I wish you and your production team much success! Keep ON Keeping On!
