Food Network’s Robert Irvine is ready for any challenge – on his popular series Dinner: Impossible. Robert is challenged to overcome culinary obstacles and deliver a delicious meal before his time runs out. With new challenges from this exciting, fun-loving chef, viewers will see if Robert can make dinner, possible!
Chef Robert Irvine faces a daunting new challenge: save America’s
most desperate restaurants from impending failure in just two days with only $10,000. Robert uses creativity and resourcefulness along with a lot of muscle in his fight to rescue these restaurants and give hope to the owners and their employees. Day one of the extreme mission begins with a thorough business assessment. Then, he springs into action by updating the menu, retraining the staff and implementing aesthetic changes with the help of his design team. To ensure a packed house for the grand re-opening at the end of day two, Robert hits the streets to tell the community about the improved restaurant. Will the ruthless schedule, tight budget and ambitious task overcome Robert’s lofty goals, or will this tall order result in restaurant triumph?

In Season 2, Chef Robert and Chef Anne Burrell put 16 recruits through a culinary boot camp, and every week they must eliminate one recruit from each of their teams until there is only one from each team left. The final two create a three course meal to fool a panel of restaurant critics into believing that the meal was created by the acclaimed chefs.
In season 2 of this top-rated Food Network show, 10 Chefs battled it out to determine which one will emerge as The Next Iron Chef. Each episode presented new challenges to the competitors with Chef Robert being eliminated in the 2nd episode.
